A candidate shaking hands with a hiring panel at the start of a formal interview

Walk into the room already knowing your answers.

Mock interviews, answer coaching, and written feedback from senior strategists who have sat on both sides of the table. Practice the real questions for the real role.

Strong experience still loses to a weak answer.

Most senior candidates are qualified. The ones who receive the offer explain their record clearly, under pressure, in the time they are given. That is a skill, and it can be rehearsed.

Built around your role

Questions come from the job description and the company, never a generic list.

Led by people who have hired

Every coach has 10+ years placing candidates in competitive roles.

Completely confidential

Sessions stay private, including while you are still employed.

Prepare for the interview you are actually facing.

Each format is rehearsed with its own question style, pacing, and pitfalls.

Behavioral interviews

Tell-me-about-a-time questions, answered with specific, measurable stories from your record.

Panel interviews

Hold attention across several interviewers and handle interruptions calmly.

Executive and leadership rounds

Strategy, board-level judgment, and how you build and lead teams.

Technical and case interviews

Think aloud clearly, structure a problem, and defend your reasoning.

Video interviews

Camera setup, pacing, and presence on screen, so remote rounds feel natural.

Salary and offer conversations

Answer compensation questions without undercutting yourself.

Every answer follows a structure interviewers can follow.

We coach the STAR method so each story lands in about two minutes, with a result the panel remembers.

  1. Situation

Set the scene in one or two sentences: where, when, and what was at stake.

  2. Task

State your specific responsibility, separate from what the team owned.

  3. Action

Walk through the steps you took and why you chose them.

  4. Result

Close with a measurable outcome and what you would repeat.

How a preparation engagement runs.

  1. Role briefing

You share the job description, company, and résumé. We map the questions you are likely to face.

  2. Mock interview

A full-length simulation with a strategist playing the hiring panel, recorded if you want to review it.

  3. Detailed feedback

Answer-by-answer notes on structure, evidence, tone, and body language.

  4. Second round and refinement

Re-run your weakest questions until they are sharp, then finish with a short confidence check.

Portrait of a client
The interview coaching alone was worth the engagement. I walked into my final round prepared for questions I hadn't considered.

Questions before you book.

How long is a mock interview?

A full simulation runs about 45 minutes, followed by live feedback. Longer panel and executive formats can be arranged.

Can you prepare me for my specific company?

Yes. We build the question set from the job description and what we know about the company's hiring style.

I am senior. Is this still useful?

Most clients are directors, vice presidents, and managers moving into bigger roles. Sessions focus on leadership and strategy questions at that level.

Is it confidential?

Always. We do not contact employers or share details of your search.

What if my interview is in a few days?

Tell us the date when you book. We can compress preparation into a single focused session.
